Conestoga Cabinets Lead Times

Currently (as of 5-25-22) Conestoga's lead-times have increase to approx. 8 to 16-weeks. Please talk to your Salesperson before placing your order for an updated lead-time

For Finish Products

Cabinets: Ship in 15-18 working days
Cabinet doors: Ship in 15-18 working days
Mouldings, accessories, etc: Ship in 8-18 days
Enkeboll Accessories: Ship in 19-25 working days

For Unfinished Products

Cabinets: Ship in 10-12 working days
Cabinet doors: Ship in 8-12 working days
Mouldings, accessories, etc: Ship in 4-12 days
Enkeboll Accessories: Ship in 13-17 working days

General Lead-Time information

  • Lead-time scheduling may be delayed if order placement questions are encountered. Orders with questions will not be scheduled for production until all questions have been answered by the customer.
  • Lead-times are based on normal business days, which excludes weekends, company holidays, and non-work days due to acts of nature. Lead times do not include transportation time.

Expedite Program

Conestoga's expedite program is designed to aid customers in emergency situations where product is needed to complete a cabinet project.

Code Green: Finished products (cabinet boxes, doors, etc., 6-pc limit) generally ships in 7-9 days, and there is a 35% upcharge.
Code Blue: Finished products (doors, cut-to-size plywood, etc., 30-pc limit) generally ships in 9-10 days, and there is a 25% upcharge.
Code Red: Finished products (doors, sample doors, mouldings, etc., 6-pc limit) generally ships in 4-6 days, and there is a 50% upcharge.

Conestoga's Replacement Program Lead-Times

  • Products incorrectly produced by Conestoga will be replaced at no cost to the customer, with no expediting upcharges.
  • Customer replacement orders must contain products that were previously ordered.
  • Individual products damaged, or incorrectly ordered by the customer will be replaced as a Code Red expedite with no upcharges.
  • Entire orders damaged, or incorrectly ordered by the customer will be replaced as a Code Blue expedite with no upcharges.
  • Cabinet Systems products (complete cabinet boxes) damaged or incorrectly ordered by the customer will be replaced as a Code Green expedite with no upcharges.
